From the Charleston Harbor Pilot Boat at Buoy 6, the wind was
north northeast at 10 to 15 knots. Seas were 1 to 2 feet with a swell
from the east southeast.

From the Savannah Pilot Boat at Buoy Alpha, the wind was northeast
at 10 to 15 knots. It was raining. Seas were 2 to 3 feet.
